Cake Time!

Thank you to Dawn from The Bake Shoppe for bringing us yummy cake today! We couldn't wait to dive right into the dark chocolate cake with peanut butter filling (AND shaved pieces of chocolate on the outside). It was incredible! The Best Bridal Workout

So last night, a couple of us at the store decided we would try and new workout at Hot Yoga Nashville. It is without a doubt, the best workout we have ever had! Please be warned, it is intense and we found ourselves lying down frequently, but we think it was definitely worth it. It is a 90 minute class, and to our surprise, it went quite quickly. If you are a bride who is looking to get lean, give it a try! We can tell a difference after one class.

Tip of the Day

Today's tip is in the spirit of summer weddings...

If you're having an outdoor wedding beware of netted bridal gowns. In warm seasons, bugs will actually get under the netting and caught in the dress fabric. If you do have a netted dress for an outdoor wedding, make sure to bug spray the location the day before.
